Sales and Shipping Policies

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

For purchases where an insurance claim is filed, there are no refunds.  An exchange can be made up to 30 days from purchase date or a credit can be issued to your account.  Cash or credit cards sales can be returned for a refund up to 30 days from purchase date.  Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.  Due to the nature of medical equipment and health concerns, all returns or exchanges must come in original packaging, unopened and unworn, with tags still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Sales receipts must also accompany any returns for refund or exchange.  Refunds on returns are subject to approval.  A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns.

WARRANTY

Silicone breast forms have a warranty for two years against any manufacturer defects.  Normal wear and tear or mishandling/misuse does not apply.  The breast form must be returned to Second Nature and determined to be a manufacturing defect prior to a replacement being issued.  Non silicone forms have a six month warranty against manufacturer defects.  The breast form must be returned to Second Nature and determined to be a manufacturing defect prior to a replacement being issued.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Second Nature uses UPS ground to ship all packages.  Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.  Shipping fees are non refundable.  A tracking number will be issued when a purchase is made and emailed to the customer at email address provided.
